We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messages. If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your request. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We may also use advertising and conversion measurement tools from Google (Google Ads), Microsoft (Microsoft Advertising) and Meta (the Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram). These tools use cookies and similar technologies to measure whether our ads lead to inquiries, and they may be used to show our ads to people who have visited our website (remarketing). You can control how these companies use your information for ads in Google’s ad settings, Microsoft’s ad settings and Meta’s ad preferences, and you can opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info.

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated spam. When you use a form, Turnstile checks information about your browser and device, such as your IP address, to confirm that a real person is submitting it. This information is processed in accordance with Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

When you type a property address into our forms, the characters you enter are sent to Google to suggest matching addresses. Google receives that text and technical information such as your IP address. This information is processed in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.

5. Data Security

We take commercially reasonable steps to protect personal information through physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards. These include encryption of payment data, access controls, and secure data storage. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. For tenants, this may include retaining lease-related records after move-out for legal and accounting purposes.

However, as part of our lease application and compliance process, we may collect limited personal information (such as name and date of birth) regarding minor occupants in a household, as required for legal, insurance, and lease compliance purposes. Such information is collected only from the adult applicant(s) or leaseholders and not directly from children themselves.

If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information promptly, in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
