Review and Sign Management Agreement, Get Access to Owner Portal

  • We will prepare an Owner Management Agreement based on the options you choose and send it to you electronically for your signature.
  • You will receive login information for access to your Owner Portal, where you will be able to manage your account and access reports, documents, and detailed information about earnings and expenses.

Perform Walk-Through Inspection, Prepare Property to Rent

  • Meet us at or provide us access to your property so we can perform a walk-through inspection to see if anything needs to be repaired and to give you any ideas we might have on the best way to increase the rental value of your property.
  • We can discuss any improvements or repairs that need to be handled and develop a plan for completing them.
  • Once the property is ready to rent, we will take professional pictures and create a strategic marketing and advertising plan for listing your property online.
